Man on a Ledge.  It doesn’t get much simpler than that.  The title pretty much lays the film out for you and if you’ve seen the trailer then you know what you’re getting when you walk in to the theater.  It’s not rocket science, but then again, it’s not meant to be.  Some movies are meant to make you think and question, others are meant to make you feel, and some are just meant to kill a couple of hours.  Man on a Ledge falls into the latter category, and that’s not necessarily a bad thing.

While I haven’t read the books yet, I do know that there’s a fair amount of anticipation regarding this film.  It seems like Twilight was so yesterday and today it’s all about The Hunger Games.  We got a super quick teaser a while back and now we get a look at a full length trailer that actually gives those of us with no prior knowledge something to chew on.

Anyone with a sibling can feel the pain of the sisters, and the brother for that matter in Paul Rudd’s new film, Our Idiot Brother.  Siblings have a way of getting under you skin in both the worst and the best ways.  You can see both sides of the coin in this charming, funny tale directed by Jesse Peretz and written by first time writers, David Schisgall and Evgenia Peretz.
