I guess it’s only fitting that as I write this I’m currently watching Rocky IV.  I didn’t plan it, but rather got sucked into a Rocky marathon.  Anyway, I only bring it up because of Sylvester Stallone and Dolph Lundgren.  You know, the two guys that are also in the gratuitous action porn, Expendables 2.  When the first film came out a couple of years ago, I don’t think my excitement could have been measured.  I mean seriously, here was a film that offered me most of the action heroes of my youth.  All in one movie no less.  How could I NOT love it right?  I wasn’t the only one who didn’t care that the story wasn’t great and that it was riddled with bad dialogue because it made enough money to warrant a sequel.  And this time it’s got even more action heroes!  Hell yes I was going on opening day!

While I haven’t read the books yet, I do know that there’s a fair amount of anticipation regarding this film.  It seems like Twilight was so yesterday and today it’s all about The Hunger Games.  We got a super quick teaser a while back and now we get a look at a full length trailer that actually gives those of us with no prior knowledge something to chew on.
