Marrying together two disparate genres can be a risky move.  It’s like combining bacon and chocolate.  You’d never think that they would go good together until you actually try it.  The thought of tying a western to a science fiction alien invasion/abduction story seemed like an odd choice, but in the end, it actually worked surprisingly well.

Good morning and what can I tell you this week….

This week has moved at a glacial pace it seems like.  But now it’s Friday.  A couple of new flicks come out this week and I have Battle: Los Angeles on my radar.  Possibly Red Riding Hood, but that’s one I’m actually protesting against.  However, due to a marker being called in, I’ll probably go see it.  I guess it’s not cool to have a foul taste for a film before I actually see it.  I shall ::snicker, snicker:: remain objective until such time warrants me to feel otherwise.  Until then….I give you this week’s Goodie Wrap!
